We've all seen this happen, most people now know it happens, yet huge amounts of money are still spent on development programs that have no context, are decoupled from real work, ignore the entrenched mindsets of participants, and fail to measure results.
Are far too many leadership development programs still a reflection of someone leading this area, just wanting to tick a box to say they've done something? Anything?
