Tim focuses on the numbers and ensures that OBP has best-practice commercial systems and processes in place to drive performance and execute our business strategy. He’s held similar roles in the finance sector, entertainment industry and government. A former life as a professional ski instructor also ensures he’s the best-connected guy on the planet!
Sam is one of New Zealand’s most respected business leaders, who knows a thing or two about building successful organisations – as foundation CEO of Kiwibank, former chairman of Xero, and current chairman of Partners Life, TakeON! and several other fast-growing companies.

Garth has over 30 years experience encompassing roles as technologist, strategist, operational manager, business manager/owner and company director in telecommunications, mobile technology and IT industries. He’s also a mad keen competitive cyclist.

Jes is a world-class facilitator who has a unique ability to really connect with teams and inspire exciting new conversations. With a wealth of experience in programme and solution design and delivery, there is no one better to help get organisations on-brand and on-plan. Jes also moonlights as the host of TakeON!TV, our in-house YouTube channel.
With a wealth of experience in banking strategy, brand, marketing, IT project implementation and organisational change, Chris has a unique ability to work across organisations and integrate initiatives. Unique is also a pretty good description of his potent homemade beer!
Dawnielle is a consultant and teacher of strategic and tactical methodologies for business improvement. With masters degrees in global management and information systems, her expertise includes Six Sigma, lean, risk/opportunity management and team building. For a girl who grew up in the southwest US desert, Dawnielle is surprisingly attached to the sea: She’s an experienced sailor and is proud to now call the harbour city of Auckland home.

He’s energetic and inspiring, and specialises in customer focus and employee engagement. He achieves results through a highly engaging style and excellent project management, combined with an analytical and questioning approach to issues.
Head of Community
As keeper of the ON2net, our social business platform, Grant’s role is to leverage all the promise that this exciting new world has to offer organisations in terms of building better communication, knowledge and collaboration. As unofficial company librarian, the depth of Grant’s knowledge of stuff we wrote about three years ago is only matched by the depth of his fear of heights!
Kiran has spent many years in design and advertising agencies making everything and everyone else look good. When he’s not playing golf or renting out golf equipment to rich foreigners, he’s always last to leave the building – staying behind to meet ridiculous deadlines or to squeeze the last discount out of our suppliers.
Verity is an associate chartered accountant who takes care of all our nitty-gritty financial details. She has spent years riding and raising horses, honing her ‘pick-up-after-the general-manager’ skills in the process.
Facilitator and Designer
After volunteering at TAKEONEDAY, we liked Louise so much that we asked her to work with us full-time. With a background in telecommunications, Louise brings a wealth of facilitation and leadership development experience. Away from the office, you might see Louise jogging around the mean streets of St Heliers.
Jill has many years of experience in administration and event management. As well as managing the demands of our busy office, Jill brings a sense of calmness and order to ON-Brand Partners. In her spare time, Jill manages her own events business and relaxing with her children and grandchildren.
Carol has a broad, cross-discipline background and has worked in global organisational development, workplace culture, change management and employee communications for two decades. She’s known for her energetic facilitation style, insatiable curiosity and an on-again/off-again love affair with running.
Darran has experience working with people across all levels of an organisation within numerous industry sectors. He has trained and coached individuals and teams in more than 10 countries to become more effective, efficient and productive. He understands the ‘know how’ of engaging people and is focused on delivering results.
