I was particularly impressed with how quickly they got to know and engage with the senior team, managers and team leaders changing and creating a one team culture. They did this by introducing some key routines at all levels and getting everyone to talk about what’s important, sharing ideas for improvement and looking for opportunities to support each other. They helped us develop our own behaviour guiderails which enabled everyone to deliver a consistent guest, brand and colleague experience.
