The challenge

Wanting to undertake a strategic shift for the business based on change environment.
The business was already performing well, they wanted a ‘step change’ to accelerate identified changes.
An internal move to an agile way of working required a mindset shift by the business
Investment in leaders to continue to accelerate the pace of change.

Our approach

Discovery process with the Executive, senior leaders and transformation managers.
Co-created the solution (human centred design) to support the range of initiatives already under way. Built a ‘thread’ to communicate how everything worked together.
Engaged an enterprise wide group to help lead the initiative internally, built their capability and coached them to develop the on-going solution themselves, an an emergent practice.
Developed a series of internal conversations to support the strategic shift, and act as a mechanism to support other business wide focus areas.
Supported engagement event with leaders, coaching and on-going advice.
